We're looking for a talented and experienced person to join our team in Guildford and make a positive impact within our growing business. The role involves managing the design process from pre-construction through to and including the construction phase for projects up to £12m.

Responsibilities:

• Plan all aspects of the project, identify challenges, and propose imaginative and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
• Eliminate health, safety, and financial risks during construction.
• Maintain a steady flow of quality information to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders through open and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Understanding of various procurement methods, including frameworks, negotiated, and two-stage tenders.

Experience:

• Knowledge of traditional construction and Design & Build (D&B).
• Thorough understanding of CDM regulations.
• Experience with software such as BIM and 4Projects.
