Design Manager (Site-Based) - Temporary Placement

Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Felixstowe, IP11
Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary (3 to 4 months)

Linsco are looking for a Design Manager for a 3-4 month site-based contract role in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial focus on tracking and managing RFIs (Requests for Information) raised on the project.
• Ongoing support to the Senior Design Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination of design and construction activities.
• Daily collaboration with site and project teams from the Site Office- strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Requirements:

• White CSCS Card (mandatory).
• Relevant professional or academic qualifications in construction/design management.
• Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role, preferably on site-based construction projects.
• Strong organisational and tracking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment.

• 6-point safety helmet (with 4-point chin strap)
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
• Hi-Vis vest or jacket (unbranded)
• Safety boots

This role is based fully on site-remote work is not available.
