Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Design Manager to oversee the final stages of a major project in Cardiff, focusing on the remaining elements of the internal fit-out. This role requires coordinating design information and managing interactions with subcontractors and consultants to keep the project on track.

You will resolve technical queries, ensure delivery through to completion, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to support a successful handover.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry
• Strong Tier 1 Design & Build experience
• Experience managing internal fit-out packages
• Ability to coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
• Experience managing design programmes and technical submissions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

We're working with a leading contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to oversee the final stages of a major project in Cardiff, focusing on the remaining elements of the internal fit-out.

This role will involve coordinating design information, managing subcontractor and consultant interactions, resolving technical queries, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the project through to completion.

Requirements:
