About The Role

• At MEDDICC, we’re looking for a Design Lead who can execute at a high level while raising the bar for product design across the company. This is a player-coach role: you’ll lead by example, ship fast, and shape the future of design at MEDDICC as we scale.
• You’ll own the design function, contribute directly to product strategy, and help us unlock design as a strategic and competitive advantage.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Design to win: Take ownership of designing intuitive and innovative workflows that differentiate mOS in a competitive market
• Execute and ship: Deliver polished, production-ready design work, leading end-to-end from research to QA
• Push the standard: Raise the quality bar across the design function - define systems, ways of working, and best practices that scale
• Partner deeply: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to shape the product vision, influence the roadmap and prioritize ruthlessly
• Champion user insight: Conduct and synthesize research with real-world users, grounding design decisions in user behavior and business outcomes including rapid prototyping to quickly validate design concepts
• Mentor and level up others: Provide hands-on feedback, coach junior designers, and embed a culture of high craft and continuous improvement
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to lead and conduct user research end-to-end (discovery, synthesis, insights)
• Proven ability to design UI/UX that solve real problems and drive outcomes for users - not just visual/graphic design
• Fluency with design systems and tools
• Bonus: experience in workflow-heavy products, ideally tied to sales, enablement, or productivity

• This role will report to the Chief Product Officer
• This role is fully remote but may require occasional travel to our studio in Cambridgeshire
