Job summary

Technology Powered Services (TPS) is seeking an estimator/designer to support pre‑construction, estimating and bid development for technically complex projects in IT infrastructure and low‑voltage systems. You will work with senior estimators and designers, with a clear pathway toward a senior role, and participate in defining scope and pricing models.

You will engage with clients during bid stages, develop technical designs with engineers and external partners, and contribute to winning work

Qualifications

• Estimator/designer from technology, infrastructure or engineering background seeking progression to senior role
• Typically 3+ years' relevant experience with industry qualifications or demonstrable practical experience
• Experience in IT infrastructure, structured cabling (copper and fibre), low-voltage electrical, or wireless/cellular technologies
• Strong Excel skills and clear written and numerical ability

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and support tender submissions for technically complex projects
• Define scope, assumptions, exclusions and commercial considerations under senior guidance
• Develop technical and commercial proposal content, including pricing models
• Support the development and review of technical designs and surveys, working with internal engineers and external partners
• Engage with clients during bid and pre-construction stages, supporting senior team members
• Contribute to winning work through accurate estimating, technical input and professional engagement
