Qualifications

- Proficient with CAD tools and PCB workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-site design engineering team with mentoring and performance management.
- Provide engineering leadership through the NPI and development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and kaizen events; manage schematics, Gerber files, BOMs and testing.
