Job summary

Curve Workplaces in Bracknell is seeking a Design Director to lead the design vision and delivery of workplace projects. This on-site role requires guiding the design team and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to translate client strategy into spaces.

You will work across contexts from office fit-outs to laboratories and academic spaces, applying your expertise in branding, architecture, and interior design to create environments that reflect culture and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong design leadership and experience managing design teams.
• Experience with branding and architecture to reflect client identity.
• Experience in product design within interiors.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and coordination with contractors.
• Experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, and laboratory or academic spaces.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; chartership is an advantage.
• Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit and awareness of UK building regulations.
