We are looking for a talented Design Director with a strong background in environmental design and wayfinding to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in nurturing strong concepts, demonstrating problem-solving processes, and managing workloads effectively.

Can you nurture strong concepts and make them real? Do you have experience in wayfinding, and can you show the process and problem-solving behind your designs? Are you capable of guiding and mentoring junior creatives when needed?

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling pitch documents and research new opportunities in public art
• Provide creative oversight on projects and collaborate with the Global Creative Director
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic or environmental design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to travel to client sites
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent team player capable of meeting deadlines
