Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact between business and external design consultants.
• Manage drawings, specifications and calculations.
• Chair design team meetings and keep project trackers updated.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain information integrity.
• Support pre-construction work by identifying technical risks.

Skills

Experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager

Strong understanding of M&E systems

Confidence reviewing technical submissions

Excellent organisational skills

Education

HNC, HND or a Degree in Building Services, Construction Management or similar
