Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Design Coordinator for a London-based main contractor renowned for high-end residential schemes. You will join live projects and report to the Senior Design Manager, handling procurement documentation, RS trackers and drawing submissions to Procore.

Ideal candidates will have prior design coordination or assistant design manager experience on Prime Residential developments and will contribute to the management and coordination of design activities on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design coordinator or assistant design manager position at live construction stage.
• Experience of Prime Residential projects.

• My client is a Privately Owned Main Contractor based in London who have built an outstanding reputation in delivering projects to the highest of standards.
• Led by two experienced Directors, they specialise in the construction and refurbishment of Prime and Super Prime Residential projects in London's most sought-after locations.
• Typical projects include basement works, refurbishments, structural renovations and luxury internal fit outs of single dwelling properties.
• Current projects from £5m to £25m in Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea.

The Position

• They are currently seeking a Design Coordinator, with previous experience in high end residential projects, to work on live construction projects, reporting to the Senior Design Manager.
• Duties will include running procurement documents, RS trackers, uploading drawings to Procore and developing your skills in design coordination and management.

Requirements

• Candidates will need to have experience in a design coordinator or assistant design manager position at live construction stage.
• Candidates must have experience of Prime Residential projects.
