Job summary

4Front Recruitment is seeking a Design Coordinator for a major hyperscale data centre project in Acton, West London. You will support the Design Manager, coordinate information between consultants, subcontractors and construction teams, and help maintain design trackers to keep the programme on track.

Initially based on site, the role offers a challenging, visible project with a competitive salary (£45,000-£50,000), car allowance for eligible roles, BUPA Healthcare and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering or design.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Ability to coordinate design information and maintain trackers.
• Confidence working with multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience with a Common Data Environment (CDE) is useful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information between consultants, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Maintain design trackers and documentation.
• Support design reviews, technical submissions and approvals.
• Monitor deliverables against the programme.
