Our new Design Coordinator / Design Manager will receive:

Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with the Preconstruction team on tenders
2. Working with the delivery team to identify opportunities and risks
3. Coordinating meetings with clients and supply chain to develop robust designs
4. Working with Quantity Surveyors and site managers to deliver profitable projects on time, within budget, and with minimal snagging
5. Managing processes and maintaining records

Experience required:

1. Experience working for a contractor on projects up to £50M
2. Experience with both new build and refurbishment projects
3. At least 3 years of relevant experience
4. A passion for construction
5. Willingness to learn and improve
