Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Preconstruction team on tenders
2. Work with the delivery team to identify opportunities and risks
3. Coordinate meetings with clients and supply chain to develop robust designs
4. Partner with QS and site manager to deliver profitable, timely, on-budget, and snag-free projects
5. Maintain comprehensive records of the design process

Experience and Skills:

• Experience working for a contractor on projects up to GBP50M
• Experience with new build and refurbishment projects
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Passion for construction
• Willingness to learn and improve
