Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design & Content Manager, located in Brighton with some work-from-home flexibility. The Design & Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing digital content, developing content strategies, conducting research, designing engaging visuals, and overseeing the company’s branding efforts. Day-to-day tasks include writing, editing, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that all content aligns with our mission and values. The role also includes liaising with marketing for promotional activities and ensuring the efficiency of content dissemination across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital content creation, including writing, editing, and graphical design
• Experience in developing and executing content strategies and conducting research
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong visual design skills and expertise in branding and graphic design software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the non-profit sector or social inclusion work is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field
