About Us

Cwtch Haus is an independent family owned business specialising in bespoke kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom design. As we expand into a new showroom space and elevate our offering, we’re looking for a talented Design Consultant to join our passionate and growing team.

The Role

As a Design Consultant at Cwtch Haus, you'll be the first point of contact for clients beginning their renovation journey. From initial concept to final presentation, you’ll lead the design process offering expert guidance, translating ideas into beautiful, functional spaces, and helping clients feel confident and inspired every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and confidently guide them through our offering.
• Conduct design consultations both in-showroom and on-site when required.
• Interpret briefs and develop creative, practical design solutions using CAD software (Compusoft/Winner Design).
• Prepare and present moodboards, 3D visuals, and quotations that align with the client’s needs and budget.
• Work closely with the operations and installations team to ensure design intent is realised through to project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, changes, and project notes in our CRM system.
• Support with showroom styling, content creation, and design-led marketing initiatives.

About You

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
• Previous experience in a KBB design role or interior design background preferred.
• Proficient in design software and confident presenting ideas visually and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to grow with the business.
• Passionate about design, interiors, and providing a high-end client experience.
