Eric Wright Group seeks a Design Administrator to join its Preston team, responsible for general administrative duties and document control. You will assist in preparing and delivering O&M manuals, supporting the in-house design team, and ensuring data accuracy across project documentation.
The role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong Microsoft Office and coordination skills, experience in document control and familiarity with ProjectWise/SharePoint.

We are seeking a organised and detail oriented Design Administratorto join our team based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. You will be responsible for the general administrative and document control duties, ensuring accurate data management and smooth operational processes. Assisting in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals in line with project and client requirements. This position will involve close collaboration and supporting our in house design team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and have worked in a busy and thriving environment.
