Job summary

Boden is seeking a Design Admin Assistant based in London, supporting the design team with PLM management, sample handling, and color palette work. Location: 3 - 4 days per week based at our North Acton Office.

What You Will Do

• PLM management including, uploading of tech packs/artworks, colours, setting up of BOMS and training new team members where necessary.
• Email and supplier correspondence.
• Sample management from brought to development samples.
• Approval of trims, strike-off's, artworks & lab dips.
• Critical Path management.
• Ensure design and creative areas are kept presentable and tidy.
• Colour Palette work including creating colour palettes, ordering colours and colour management processes.
• Support the teams setting up seasonal Miro boards, build garment range boards, keep boards updated during the creative process, archive at the end of each design block.
• Sketch into samples/shapes/prints/logos, dropping in print where directed.
• Embroidery & artwork packs.
• Research into competitors and inspirational brands.
• Meeting prep: before internal meetings be on hand to help set up rooms with print outs and/or samples.
• Accurate note taking in meetings.
• Design tracker management.
• Organising copyright process.

Overview

The Design Admin Assistant provides strong administrative support to the Design team as well as design based tasks. Reporting into a Designer, they work collaboratively across the design departments including with the other DAA's and the wider team. You will be an integral part of the team. Strong relationships will be built with Buying counterparts too.

All tasks will be approached with positivity and resilience, and being a team player is a must.
