Job summary

Responsibilities

• Use clinical standards to monitor quality of care and act to improve nursing practice.
• Assess and support patients with adherence and understanding of their medication.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary team to evaluate care and initiate actions as needed.
• Supervise staff under the direction of senior nurses and mentor students.
• Work in nurse-led clinics and maintain professional and ethical responsibility.
