Job summary

Compass Associates are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation to develop a new dermatology service across Surrey. We are seeking experienced GPwERs/GPwSIs in Dermatology to join as the service develops, working with Consultant Dermatologists and the wider clinical team.

Role involves delivering clinics, assessing patients, and contributing to the ongoing development of the pathway. Flexible/hybrid working across East Surrey / South London is available.

Qualifications

• Hold full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Substantial post-registration experience in Dermatology.
• Currently working as GPwER / GPwSI in Dermatology or equivalent specialist experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage dermatology patients within scope of practice.
• Deliver dermatology clinics within GPwER / GPwSI scope.
• Develop treatment and management plans for dermatology patients.
• Identify escalation needs and refer to Consultant Dermatologist.
• Collaborate with consultants and MDT to deliver services.
• Support efficient referral, treatment and follow-up pathways.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
