• Support education, training, and medicines governance within dermatology and pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to dermatology, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimise medicines use.
• Offer specialist pharmaceutical advice on dermatological treatments and monitoring of patients on high-cost therapies and homecare medicines.
• Contribute to developing guidelines, pathways, and service improvements in line with national guidance and evidence-based practice.
• Support education, training, audits, quality improvement and medicines governance within dermatology and pharmacy.
• Participate in patient-facing clinical practice and, where qualified, provide independent prescribing.
• Take part in weekend, public holiday and on-call Rota as part of broader pharmacy services.
