• Advising on structured finance, securitisations, and repackaging structures.
• Handling regulatory and risk management aspects of derivatives and structured products.
• Collaborating with banking, capital markets and restructuring teams on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Supporting transaction management, due diligence and coordination with international counsel.
• Developing client relationships and contributing to business development.

The Role

From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to sophisticated and technically challenging work, including:

• Advising financial institutions, funds, corporates, and sponsors on derivatives transactions
• Drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, credit support documentation, and related confirmations
• Advising on structured finance transactions, securitisations, and repackaging structures
• Supporting on regulatory and risk management aspects of derivatives and structured products
• Working closely with banking, capital markets, and restructuring teams on multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Assisting with transaction management, due diligence, and coordination with international counsel
• Contributing to client development and maintaining strong commercial relationships
