Based in London, they serve a global clientele, including banks, asset managers, and clearing brokers.

Role Overview:

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyse client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Every client has a unique setup, which makes each onboarding project a unique challenge.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Make a direct impact on clients, providing measurable value from day one.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in banking, hedge funds, asset management, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, issue investigation, or enhancement analysis.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of derivatives markets, products, and risk management, with a desire to deepen this expertise.
  • Detail-oriented with curiosity about the 'why' behind work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and switch contexts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
  • Effective at seeking help and extracting relevant information.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating ideas confidently.
