Role Overview:

Onboarding Analyst

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on our platform. Working with a team of analysts and software developers, you will analyse client data, validate analytics, and configure the product to meet their specific needs, ensuring they can rely on the platform to run their business effectively. Each client has a unique setup, making every onboarding project a unique challenge.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Setting up user functionalities for margin management.
  • Analyzing trade portfolios to identify data requirements for calculations.
  • Testing the product for each new client to ensure analytics accuracy.
  • Collaborating with clients to deliver maximum value quickly.

  • Flexibility with changing priorities and ability to switch contexts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
  • Effective at seeking help and extracting relevant information.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating ideas confidently.
  • Ability to engage effectively with software developers and external clients.
