As a progression post, the successful candidate will be appointed as a Band 6. Upon completion of the attached progression checklist, they will be uplifted to Band 7. Progression is expected to take between 12-24 months. Please review the attached progression checklist for further details.

The Deputy Superintendent Radiographer / Trainee Reporting Radiographer will undertake formal postgraduate training to perform, interpret and report Adult Contrast Swallow examinations, in line with an agreed scope of practice, local governance arrangements and competency requirements.
The post-holder will deputise for the Superintendent Radiographer for Fluoroscopy, Interventional Radiology in their absence, and will support the safe, efficient and effective running of the fluoroscopy and interventional radiology service at West Middlesex University Hospital.
