poltronesofà UK is seeking a Deputy Manager in Telford to support the Store Manager, coach the sales team and drive KPI performance. The role offers a strong commission structure alongside a £29,000 base and a potential to reach £50,000 OTE.

As Deputy Manager you will lead by example, train staff, manage recruitment and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining high store standards and presentation.
