B&M Retail is seeking a hands-on Deputy Store Manager in Glasgow to support the Store Manager and drive sales performance. You will lead shifts, coach colleagues and uphold excellent store standards to ensure a great shopping experience.

This role offers progression towards Store Management with extensive training, a clear pathway and opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or deputy managerial role in retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and operational standards.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead shifts on the shop floor and model best practice.
• Maintain high standards of availability, merchandising and presentation.
• Coach and develop colleagues to improve performance.
• Step in for the Store Manager when required.
• Support stock control, compliance and health and safety processes.
