H&T Group Ltd in Dartford is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead a motivated team and deliver personalised customer service. You will help the Store Manager run the store, meet financial goals, and ensure compliance while training and supporting colleagues.

Salary £30,500 (London Weighting included) with discretionary bonuses up to £2,400. Full-time 37.5 hours, Monday to Sunday flexibility, and comprehensive training. No pawnbroking experience required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a financial services or customer-facing role.
