Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize in London is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead by example, drive brand standards, manage visual merchandising, and ensure timely operational communication. Flexibility to work across the week and across branches as needed is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Visual Merchandising/window guidelines are communicated and implemented commercially for your store.
• We offer piercing to our customers, and you would promote and deliver this with your team.
• Be flexible to be able to work variable days and hours across the week.
