Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to stay cool, calm and collected, leading the team on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, coach colleagues and take ownership in the Store Manager’s absence to drive great service. In return, Lidl offers a salary of £38,000–£46,000 per year, 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
