As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you'll play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work. What You'll Do:

• Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

• Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
