Role Overview: As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, engaging on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and stepping into the Store Manager’s role in their absence by taking ownership and leading by example.

What you'll do

1. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers.
2. Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential using our Leadership & Company Principles.
4. Check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs.
5. Provide excellent customer service and assist with queries.
6. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
