This is a new store opening in September/October in Plymouth!

Your Recipe for Success:

As Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

A Typical Day at Work:

• Brief your team on daily goals.
• Engage with customers and assist them in finding products.
• Train your team on products and customer service.
• Maintain store standards and assist with general duties.
• Prepare the store for the next day at the end of your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth running.
• Take charge in the Store Manager's absence.
• Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage customer loyalty.
• Train and motivate your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors.
• Maintain an inviting store layout and appearance.
• Monitor costs and find savings without compromising quality.
• Ensure stock accuracy and report issues promptly.
