Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Deputy Store Manager in Norwich. You will lead on-floor and behind-the-scenes operations, taking ownership in the Store Manager's absence and guiding staff to deliver great customer service.

You will drive cash processes, stock integrity, and KPI monitoring while upholding Lidl values and delivering a positive shopping experience for all customers.
