Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire your colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

In the Store Manager’s absence you’ll take ownership of the store and coach your team to embody our values. The role includes a competitive salary, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme.
