Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store when the Store Manager is absent, guiding the team and ensuring excellent customer service on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

You’ll take ownership, drive performance, and uphold company values while supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding results and a safe shopping environment.

£38,000 - £46,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
