Role Overview: As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, inspire colleagues, and take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example to support your team.
