ProCook is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Store Manager to join our vibrant team at the Banbridge Store.

This is a full-time position - 40 hours/week!

Your Recipe for Success:

As our Deputy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team development.

A Typical Day at Work:

• Kick off the day with a team briefing, setting goals and expectations.
• Be a point of contact for customers, helping them discover the products they love.
• Lead by example in product knowledge and customer service.
• Assist in maintaining the store's presentation and hygiene standards.
• Wrap up the day by strategising for tomorrow’s success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive performance.
• Lead the team in absence of the Store Manager with confidence.
• Deliver memorable customer service that promotes loyalty.
• Encourage team training and development on products and customer interaction.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
• Monitor financial performance and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
