About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Deputy Site Manager to maintain a safe, clean, and secure school environment. You will oversee the general upkeep of the buildings and grounds, manage minor repairs and maintenance, and supervise a team of site assistants. Key duties include ensuring school security, health and safety compliance, overseeing lettings and line manager responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in site management or facilities maintenance, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Work Schedule:
Full time 37 hours per week, Permanent
Three shift patterns, including 6:00am - 2:00pm, 10:00am - 6:00pm and 2:30pm - 10:30pm
