About the role

Alongside the Service Manager, you'll oversee service delivery, promote independence, and ensure safety and quality standards. You'll supervise Support Workers and promote best practices, acting as a role model.

Requirements:

• Recent management experience in learning disabilities services, possibly as a Registered Manager
• Knowledge of legislation, CQC regulations, and health and safety
• Good IT skills and record-keeping experience
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or willingness to undertake this qualification within 18 months
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
