Job summary

You will carry out the day-to-day operational procedures and processes to ensure we build strong professional relationships with students, families and carers, and external agencies.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, approachable and passionate about supporting young people and their families. Experience in safeguarding, family support, youth work, social care or a similar pastoral setting is highly desirable, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a strong commitment to children's welfare. Training and development opportunities, including safeguarding training, will be provided to the successful candidate.

Sir Thomas Fremantle is set in North Buckinghamshire for 11-16 year olds serving the local community. The school is in easy reach of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury. We benefit from great facilities - the school building was only opened in 2017.
