Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a Deputy SENCo for Danetree Primary School, to join the Inclusion Team and report to the SENCo/Assistant Headteacher. You will champion inclusive education, work with children, families and external agencies to raise achievement and wellbeing.

The role starts in Autumn Term 2026 or January 2027, with a permanent contract and 40-hour weeks across term time, located at Danetree Primary School in Epsom.

Qualifications

• Commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for every child.
• Ability to work with children, parents, staff and external agencies.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to meet needs of pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs and ensure progress across all areas.
• Collaborate with SENCo/Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Team.
• Coordinate with families, staff, governors and the wider community to promote inclusion.
