A leading law firm is seeking a Deputy Secretary Co-ordinator to manage secretarial services within their Private Client department. This role involves providing proactive support, overseeing team performance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and be committed to maintaining high client care standards.
The Deputy Secretary Co-ordinator will line manage the secretaries of one or more teams the Private Client department in the application of all organisation policies and procedures and ensuring the Secretarial Service Standards are consistently met and improved. Key tasks are:
