Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves supporting them through both their high and low moments. As a Deputy Manager, you will help ensure that the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. Challenges will arise, but so will small victories that make a big difference.
Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best possible outcomes for them through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members, providing a joined-up service in SEND.
By assisting in managing daily operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards, you enable our young people to reclaim their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.

Salary: Base salary of GBP41,341 - GBP47,919

A passionate, committed leader eager to make a difference
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable)
A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
