Job Description:

Salary: £42,741 - £49,319 assuming good attendance

Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through highs and lows. As a Deputy Manager, you will ensure the home environment promotes security, safety, and motivation for both staff and young people. Challenges will arise, but so will moments of small victories that feel huge.

Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes through a holistic, multidisciplinary approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members, providing a comprehensive SEND service.

What you contribute:

Assist in managing daily operations, support the team, and uphold high standards to help young people reclaim their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience, is required.
