Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading PMO and Project Controls on major construction projects and management consultancy.
  • Experience establishing PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies.
  • Expertise in PMO tools, techniques, and software (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, RiskHive).
  • Ability to manage activities with high uncertainty.
  • Knowledge of risk management tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analyser, Active Risk Manager).
  • Practical knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and interfaces.
  • Experience in multiple sectors (rail, highways, nuclear, etc.).
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Chartered status or membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., APM, RICS).
