Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading PMO and Project Controls on major construction projects and management consultancy.
- Experience establishing PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies.
- Expertise in PMO tools, techniques, and software (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, RiskHive).
- Ability to manage activities with high uncertainty.
- Knowledge of risk management tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analyser, Active Risk Manager).
- Practical knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and interfaces.
- Experience in multiple sectors (rail, highways, nuclear, etc.).
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Chartered status or membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., APM, RICS).
