Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education and teacher registration are essential.
• Substantial leadership experience in secondary education is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead across academic, pastoral and administrative areas of the secondary school.
• Model excellent teaching practice and mentor staff.
• Oversee enrolment, attendance, student records and reporting.
• Develop and review school policies and procedures in line with RBBA goals.
• Ensure safeguarding, inclusion and gender equity are embedded in school operations.
