Job summary

Rolleston College in Canterbury is seeking an acting deputy principal for terms 2 and 3, 2027. This is a senior leadership appointment for an experienced, relational and future-focused people leader who can drive change while upholding high expectations and clear, disciplined follow-through.

The successful applicant will bring a strong grounding in pastoral care and learner wellbeing, and the ability to create, implement and lead effective systems across a large and complex school.

Due to a senior leader recognised with a sabbatical, we seek an acting deputy principal’s appointment (for terms 2 and 3 2027).

Rolleston College is a rapidly growing, future-focused secondary school in Selwyn, Canterbury.
