Prebbleton School is seeking an experienced, positive and relational leader to be our next deputy principal. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and collaborative leader who brings sound professional judgement, integrity and a solutions-focused approach.

The successful applicant will contribute to the school’s targets, values and strategic plan, and provide highly effective day-to-day leadership.

A commitment to learner and staff wellbeing, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice is essential. You will build respectful partnerships with learners, staff, whānau, the board and community, while contributing to the wider life of the school.

The role requires strong organisation, digital fluency and oversight of operational systems, such as EOTC, beginning teachers, and staff induction (see job description for further details). There is some flexibility in the major areas of responsibility as we want to know about your strengths and experiences too. The position will include 0.2 teaching time.
