Caring Kindergartens is seeking a passionate Deputy Manager to help lead our nursery, support the Nursery Manager and create an environment where children, families and staff feel they belong. You will champion high-quality Early Years practice, safeguard children, mentor your team and drive continuous improvement to ensure every child thrives.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring warmth, resilience and excellent communication, with scope to influence practice and professional

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Early Years team and delivering high-quality practice.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with warmth and purpose to support the Nursery Manager.
• Champion high-quality teaching and care across the setting.
• Safeguard children and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
• Coach and develop staff and build a positive, collaborative team.
• Maintain effective partnerships with families and external stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
