Job summary

Kids Planet Witney is looking for a Deputy Manager to join our supportive team. You will help run the nursery day to day, lead a caring team and ensure exceptional early years provision for children.

The ideal candidate will hold at least Level 3 recognised early years qualification, have excellent EYFS knowledge, and extensive safeguarding experience, plus proven leadership within a nursery setting. We offer 80% childcare discount, life insurance, health plan, training through KP Academy,

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in running the nursery day to day.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and work with external agencies to support each child's growth and well-being.
• Guide and support the nursery team, ensuring children are safe and EYFS is brought to life in a fun, engaging way.
